They are the authority in resuscitation science, research and training and has published the official AHA Guidelines for CPR & ECC.


National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians

SIERRA IMTS is an approved training provider of The National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians (NAEMT). NAEMT was founded in the USA in 1975, representing all EMTs and Paramedics. The NAEMT educational programs also have an international scope. SIERRA IMTS is approved to provide you in the training of TCCC (MP), TCCC (AC), TECC and LEFR programs.


Specialist Access and Rescue (UK)

Specialist Access and Rescue Training is specialised in rope techniques for access, rescue and intervention in difficult environments. We provide rope rescue trainings from the basic to advanced level skills to all our participants. Our courses comply with the NFPA standards. Our rescue techniques and systems are adopted from SAR and has been used by Fire and Rescue services, industrial and mountain rescue teams around the world. 



ECSI training courses are offered in association with the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS) and the American College of Emergency Physicians (ACEP)—two of the most renowned medical organizations in the world. These organizations provide medical direction to the Emergency Care & Safety Institute and stand behind the content of training materials and the operation of ECSI.

Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC)

The commitee for Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (C-TECC) was convered to speed the transition of military medical lessons learned from battlefield to civilian crisis response. TECC guidelines are a set of best practice recommendations for casualty management during civilians and rescue operations.
